Didn’t even receive my order!

786 Customer Service was very unhelpful about my complaint on Courier misplacing my delivery of £40 worth of products. I’ve provided emails from courier company who confirmed the delivery error from their side. Since then, haven’t heard back from 786 Customer Support. Very unprofessional.
