This salt mine was discovered by Alexander the Great's troops in 320 BC, and the story is that the sick horses of his troops licked the stone and recovered, leading to the belief held today by many that the salt is loaded with minerals and provide health benefits.

To ensure water permeability, we suggest using no more than two thin coats of 786 Cosmetics nail polish. This can be one coat of color and one coat of a top coat, or two coats of color. We make our halal nail polishes highly pigmented so you won't need to apply more than one coat of nail polish for most of our colors.
