Goychay [goe-shay] is inspired by the Azerbaijani city famous for its pomegranate growing industry and its pomegranate festival. This annual cultural festival features a parade with traditional Azerbaijani dances and music, a marketplace with craftsmen and artists displaying their work, and of course an exhibition of all the different pomegranate dishes and products.
